What our customers say

A big thank you to the Truestone team for the support and advice throughout the entire process. As a customer, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service from Dave and the wider team. From the outset, communication was excellent – clear, responsive, and always helpful. I really valued the time taken to talk through the different product options and provide expert advice to help me make the right choice for my roofing project. What stood out in particular was the transparency and flexibility around pricing. The team provided detailed cost breakdowns and multiple quotation options, which made it much easier to compare and confidently select what worked best for my needs and budget. Delivery was also handled exceptionally well, even with a challenging access situation at the property. Everything was well organised and arrived as expected, which made a big difference on site. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would have no hesitation in returning to Truestone for future work and would highly recommend them to others looking for quality materials and outstanding customer service.

Truestone was recommended to me by a roofing contractor in my area. Though they are located over forty miles away, Dave- the owner called round to discuss my requirements. Their products are of a very high quality, and arrived well packaged with no damage to any of the flags. In all, I found the transaction from initial phone call to delivery, a very thorough and pleasurable experience, and have already recommended Truestone to my neighbour who also requires a new roof.

I’ve been dealing with Dave and his team for over ten years now as a merchant myself, the quality of the products are faultless, well priced and they are always extremely quick to respond to all enquiries and deliver products efficiently and on time. I have never been let down once in all the time we’ve done business together. Dave and his team are very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
